This is a lesson I taught for a senior Economics class. The process for feedback is as follows: 1. I write out a lesson plan and prepare all the supporting documents 2. My Penn Mentor reads the lesson plan and makes comments on it. 3. I make changes on my lesson plan based on my mentor's comments 4. I teach the lesson and my mentor makes observations 5. We debrief about what worked and what I could have done better This process was extremely daunting at the beginning of the school year but as the school year progressed I grew to value this process to check my work and to fix problems. Check out the documents below to see the cycle of observation.
